This is a hand painted dress from the US Virgin Islands. It was gifted to me years ago but never worn.

This is a vintage UNWORN Sloop Jones hand painted dress.
The colors are vibrant!
There is a slit of about 17" on one side.
Sloop Jones signature on the hem.
Size small (I would guess a size 4-ish)
Measurements with garment laying flat:
armpit to armpit: 17"
hip area: 19"
