NWT Vintage Lim's Shanghai hand crochet lace high waisted flare midi skirt

Gorgeous vintage piece NWT and exquisitely hand crocheted in Shanghai. The size tag is a small but in my opinion its measurements are consistent with a small or medium due to its elastic waist and fit & flare shape. The floral medallion patches are hand embroidered and so beautiful. Peaches and cream color scheme is so pretty and unique. There are 5 available in total and another medium/large is listed separately in my closet. Feel free to check comps, this skirt is priced fabulously. The last pic is my studio; it's smoke & pet free. I use this space as an office, for private events & inventory storage. ANY known defects are pictured/described in the listing.
