NWT Vintage Dressing Embroidered Poncho Top

NWT Bought this Paris, never wore it, says one size but was a little to big for me. Beautiful embroidered front with tassel tie ( pls note that the tie has a slight white mark on the top, as shown in photo) otherwise Top is perfect. Chest is 25” flat, length is 31”
