NWT Vintage 90s Formal Dress

This absolute gem is totally 90s, new with tags, a perfect vintage formal dress by Talbots. Velvet, puff sleeves, drop waist? Check, check, and check! The skirt is gold with flocked baroque floral print, has netted lining for extra fullness, and an oversized bow in the back. The top is black velvet with puffed shoulders, elbow length sleeves, and low-cut back. A back zipper makes it easy to get into. Incredible new condition with tags still attached! Size 7/8.
