Glorious faux-fur lined 1970s London Fog hooded trench. Waterproof! Never worn-still has tag from Lord’s department store ($176 which is over $500 in today’s $). This is quite simply an incredible coat and a real statement piece. Selling it brand new for under the 1970s price (like a fashion time traveler)! Vintage size 16 fits like a 12 (L) in today’s sizing. Fastens with hidden button + belt. Color is unique, it’s a coppery brown that picks up light. 45” L 25” sleeves 21”chest

serenitybolt @ellielgould 😆 DREAM JOB. It’s hilarious, I live between 2 goodwills and they think I have a store. I know this because they ask me if I’m going to put these pieces in my “store.” One of the cashiers asks me for help sometimes authenticating and pricing bags lol.

serenitybolt @ellielgould When I bought this, the cashier eyed it up and down and said “that’s a whooooole lotta coat.” I said to him yeah baby! It sho is. It’s a stunner. I had it at the original 70s price but not even one person liked it, so...not the right venue I think.

serenitybolt @ellielgould Haha no! I’m not that crazy...except for when I let that Dior coat go! I just got a few more coats yesterday did you see? I want to keep the green one for myself but it’s a bit snug in the shoulders and I’m afraid I’ll ruin it! Let me know anything you really want and I’m happy to hold it for you ☺️

Sorry for the delay in responding- Yes, it’s vintage and sizing was different back then (sizes have gotten much larger aka measurements for a 16 were smaller then than it is now) The best thing to do is just go by measurements to determine if it would fit.
