This is a pair of leggings from Vineyard Vines in the Corduroy Velvet style. Pull on with elastic waist. Tag says they are black, but they look more like a darker blue to me with black tuxedo style stripe at sides. - NWT - Size XXS, approximate lay flat measurements: waist 11 inches (stretchy), rise 9 inches, inseam 26 inches - 55% cotton, 43% polyester, 2% spandex. Machine washable.
