@chrisarmijos I do not know for sure (it's unopened, and I have no 38Bs in the house to compare to). I would not be able to guarantee cup size match. You could take a look at current teddies on their site to see what the sizes might compare to (their sizing guide says M is 8/10, 36.5-3.75 bust, 28-29 waist, 38.5-39.5 hips).
