This is an absolutely beautiful new with tags Varsha Exclusive Lilac Floral Beaded Party Dress. India size 34, which equates a Size 10/12. It's in excellent new condition! This unique dress was manufactured by the Varsha Boutique in Mumbai, India. Features beautiful bead work and an incredible layered, voluminous, tulle skirt with a ruffled hem. There is a blue line mark on the back side of the hem, which looks like it may have been a seamstress marking. It is not visible and doesn't effect the appearance of the dress but I wanted to disclose it. (See the last picture).
