NWT VTG CITATION "Billy Boy" Men's Nylon Zip Front Jacket Size 18 Made In USA

New With Tags Vintage Citation Men's Nylon Jacket Size 18 Here is a wonderful vintage zip front jacket by Citation in a size 18.  It is new with tags, but has one flaw.  That flaw is a missing cap on the front left pocket.  The shell and lining are made of 100% nylon with the filling being made of 100% polyester.  Care for this garment can be done by machine wash.  There is a pair of buttoned pockets in the waist area.  The jacket is fully lined and has no rear or side vents.  It has a belt that fastens through two brass loops.  The base color of the jacket is navy blue.  On the sleeves is stripes of yellow, white, and light blue.  It is labeled a size 18, but please pay more attention to the following measurements (in inches): All measurements taken with the jacket fully buttoned and lying on a flat surface.
