Welcome to 1987, when dresses were still made in the USA. This MINT CONDITION LEGIT VINTAGE ivory strapless dress was Purchased at Jacobsons and never worn. The belt is in great condition, there is just one eyelet where a tad of paint has worn off & it is barely visible. Top of dress is 33.5 inches around the perimeter. The waist is 12.75 inches across.

sunshineloulou @itscoldoutside difficult to measure, as it’s well made and has darts for the chest. The fabric at the top(above the darts is 33.5 inches around the total edge. Waist is 12.75 across. I am adding a photo of the chest dart.
