Fully adjustable with silk Keeper band on verso up high by design I suppose so it fits grade through high school. *This is where you slide the narrow end of tie through so one doesn't look sloppy, essentially connecting both ends using the back side of tie. As someone who has worn a tie 75% of weekdays from 1980-present (Catholic School) and 2 sons, I can say this is your standard 50" boys length tie and it is a classic size / style with a 3.25" blade (widest part of tie which should result right at top pant hem, covering the majority of buckle if not all...I mention hoping to help as this is a dying art and I'm sure you want your kid to look sharp - don't mean to patronize anyone).
