This item is a new-with-tags, "open box" item. It doesn't appear to be a store return. These adorable and trendy skinny jeans are size 16W and 18W. They have just enough stretch to make them comfortable while still keeping their shape. There are a lot of distress details, including at the hem. Very nice pair of quality jeans.
