NWT Universal Thread Size Small Tan Paperbag Shorts Elastic Waist New with tags from the brand Universal Thread in a size small. This is a pair of paperbag style shorts. There is elastic in the waist. The tag has them labeled as tan. To me, they look darker, more like a light brown/orange color. I do not see any flaws with them. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. The waist is about 14 inches and stretches to a max of about 18 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on. The rise is about 13.5 inches. The inseam is about 2.75 inches.
