NWT Universal Thread Seashell Popover Blouse

Here’s a super cute brand new with partial tag as shown. Top is by Universal Thread in a size large. Great condition and nice quality. Love the eyelet seashell material, it is a bit see through as the eyelet fabric is see through, you could add a cami underneath if desired. :)
