NWT Unique Cinnabar carved fish and moonstone accent, 925 pendant!

I had to grab this! I haven't seen anything like it before! Always love unique pieces. This is about 27x20mm in diameter, and genuine cinnabar with a little tear drop cabochon moonstone at the tail of the fish. All surrounded in stamped sterling silver (marked on the back near the bail). About 1.7" long. New with the tag!
