New with tags US Polo Association slip on Veena style rubbery boots. Boots are mostly black with a white top and middle. The logo is on the white part on the outer side of the boots. The white part is stretchable. The logo is also on the black part on the back of the boots (heel). Ladies boots have a 3/4” heel. Made in China. Upper PU + Textile. Lining Textile. Outsole man made materials. Boots have red, white & blue pull straps. Presently at listing I have a size 9 and a size 8.5. The 8.5 pair the red, white and blue pull at ankle has come off. It can be sewn back on. Just an error in the stitching from company when made.
