No fabric content tag, but this is silky fabric, lightweight. Items slips on over-the-head and has lace-up detailing at front with turquoise beaded tassel tips. Front of item is embellished with red, blue and green rhinestones. Approximate measurements are 27 inches from underarm to underarm, 35 inches in length to longest point of hem.
