NWT Tropical floral midi halter dress

This midi dress has a tropical print with a halter top that can be worn two different ways. The neck part is adjustable, the back has two brass buttons, and a zipper down the side. Very flowy, comfortable, and looks elegant with your hair up. Tags still attached. Never worn. Xs but as a size 2 it still fits me.
