New with tags. Original retail $98. Tag says size 6. I measured the waist to be 31 inches. It may fit more like a size 8 or 10. Unique, uneven, raw edge hem. The backside of the hem (inseam) measures approximately 27.5 inches and is intentionally 1 1/2 inches longer than the front side (see pictures.) The "front" hem inseam measures 26 inches. Manufacturer fading & slight distressing. Mid rise. The tag has creases. Please check measurements below to ensure fit.
