NWT Totes Waterproof Black Boots "Caroline 2" 10M

Need a boot for snow, I mean, real snow?! lol Totes Caroline 2 boots in Black, size 10M. NWT, never worn. Shaft measures 13 inches. Fold down to make them shorter. Adjust the calf with the drawstring. Without adjustments they measure 16.5 inches around the top. Side zipper to assist in putting them on. The inside lining is a soft black, gray, and white print. Smoke/pet free home.
