Brand new with tag, black and white floral chiffon blouse from Torrid. Square front neckline with elastic smocked bodice and upper back. Lower part of the blouse has a flowy black lining. 3/4 length sleeves that are gathered with elastic at end of sleeves. Women’s Size 0 (which is considered a 12 or size large).
