This is a NWT Torrid Vegan Cashmere V-Neck Ruffle Pullover Sweater Size 4 / 26 Plus. Size is Torrid 4 or 26 Plus. Color is "Bright Green," which I would describe as a vibrant Kerry green. The original title of the item, as well as its description, states that it has an "elbow sleeve" - and that it's elbow length. As you can see on the model, it is not. Sweater is pullover with no buttons. It is NWT, never worn, but has been hanging in a closet for about a year or two. The "Vegan Cashmere" tends to have what I'm going to call "fuzzies" sticking off the body of the fabric, and this sweater has that - especially on the sleeves.
