Brand New with Tags Torrid Black Velvet Surplice Crisscross Back Halter Dress Size 6 in Torrid (28W-30W I believe) This dress is so soft and pretty. I bought it on a whim and haven't had anywhere to wear it to so I'm reselling it. It would be great for any Christmas parties, weddings, etc. Originally retails for $78.90 in the US, $102.90 in Canada. Just wanting to get as much as I can back on it since I lost the receipt and couldn't return it.

kristinawebb87 @swissgirll I haven't had the opportunity to go by her shop yet. I took a bunch of clothes when I took this dress so she wasn't sure if it had or not and said I'd just have to come by and look. I apologise I hadn't had the opportunity to go. My uncle has been in the hospital so it's been a stressful time for our family.
