This is a NWT Torrid 4X/26 Plus Size Off-Shoulder Smocked Chiffon Bell Sleeve Top. Size 4X / Women's Plus 26. Off-Shoulder with a smocked neckline (to keep the blouse on the shoulders). Torrid "chiffon" / 100% Polyester shell and lining. Brand New with tags, never worn. Comes from my closet/storage. This top is 3-4 years old, possibly a little older, and has a strong stale smell; so please know that it will need to be washed. But it was never worn, never even tried on.
