NWT Tommy Bahama women’s navy wrap dress size 4 to 8. It is linen blend, sleeveless with pockets and a ruffle that falls at an angle at the bottom of the skirt diagonally. One small clasp is missing where the dress crosses at the chest. You can see it in the picture. You don’t need it, so I’m not going to call it a flaw, but I want you to know that it is missing. The dress is 17 inches when wrapped tightly pit to pit and 45 inches from shoulder to hem. The reason it fits 4 to 8 is if it’s wrapped at its tightest, it’s a size 4, and as you let it out, it goes up to a size 8. Beautiful waist tie, ruffle skirt.
