🌞NWT Tommy Bahama Heather Sands Dress

NWT This is an adorable dress with a side tie, deep V-neck, 3/4 sleeve, knee-length, and a large floral pattern in blue and Heather gray. It says it's small and I'm an xs-s. I thought it would fit but unfortunately, it's more like a medium and there's quite a bit of stretch width-wise. It's perfect in length, came right to mid-knee and I'm 5' 3". The way the dress is designed I put in photos of the measurements and they're itemized out below.
