dannied198 Hello, I bought a pair and they arrived today. My nephew is absolutely in love the these clogs. My sister bought his first pair from Redners (they no longer sell them). I was excited when I found your listing!!! He is wearing an 8 now, so I ordered the size 9. Unfortunately, they do not fit him. Even though I ordered a size up (size 9) they are actually smaller than the size 8. Am I able to exchange for the size 11 or 12? Thank you in advance!!
