This The Little Mermaid Tutu Dress has layers of tulle and is fully lined in the skirt. The top part is very stretchy (14% spandex) and has ruffled short sleeves. The "new" Ariel is imprinted on the top along w/ ocean life such as coral, etc. Very pretty light blue shade-- also took a photo outside. Really a cute dress that is dressy with the tutu but very comfy and casual, as well. And it's sized for your "older" Disney princess as a size 9/10. I went ahead and took a pit-to-pit measurement so you can be sure it fits okay (again it's stretchy).
