NWT: The GAP Relaxed Smocked Splitneck Mini Dress in Family Multi Floral Print

This Relaxed Socked Splitneck Mini Dress by The GAP features the lush Family Multi Floral Print. It is smocked at the waist and has a light band of elastic at the end of the long sleeves, which end in a ruffle. It has a splitneck with a tie at the top of the neck. It's brand new with its original GAP tag still attached. The tag has been partially cut below the UPC code and size. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure a good fit. They were taken on the front with it laid flat. Note that there is no seam separating the shoulder from the sleeve, which is usually where I begin a sleeve measurement. Therefore, the last measurement was taken from the side of the neckline to the end of the sleeve.
