NWT Tara Lauren Carmen Wedding Bridal Dress with Embroidered Tulle

I bought this dress to wear for my wedding, but ended up going with a different dress. The dress is in excellent condition & has the original tag (from the bridal shop where I bought it), but there is a small tear in the tulle overlay and a few (not very noticeable!) loose threads (see the last two photos). Laying flat, the bust is ~17" across and the narrowest point is ~13-13.5" across. I wear a 4-6 in dresses and it fits me.
