NWT Talbots chiffon skirt

New with tags! Beautiful flowing black and white polka dot Talbots skirt. Features a sash belt with hidden belt loops on the waist and buttons down the front (stitched though so no gapping). Hits about mid calf and backed with black fabric stitched together so no see through and gives the skirt a nice weight that doesn’t move with every little breeze.
