polkadotdrawer @sbreza If the one side was a tank, I would say yes, but the extra ruffle offers a little more full coverage, almost like a small sleeve. It's really whatever you feel comfortable! You are tiny and if I were you, I'd show it off but that's just me! :)

polkadotdrawer @sbreza Ok, I was able to measure this! It looks like it's about 34 inches from shoulder to bottom hem, and the dress is in a "tube" style so it's about about 14 inches across when laid flat at the bust and the waist. The material has a lot of stretch. Hope that helps! :)
