Size S. Approximately 24.5" inseam. Strapless top has elastic and cut out opening in back with tie and flowy split wide leg. Very lightweight and flowy rayon. Looks more blue in photos, but it actually is a teal blue/green color. The tie at elastic waist is decorative-does not adjust. Only flaw is one of straps for hanging is coming loose. Could be worn as swim cover up or out and about on a tropical vacation! $55 originally. Bundle with other items and save! Feel free to ask any questions. I ship same or next day. coline747 @sophiagarcia026 Hello! Yes I believe it would...bust measures about 19/20 fully stretched and hips about 20/21. Maybe measure something comparable of yours to see? I added photo of hip measurement to listing ☺️
