NWT: Sur La Vague SLV Cafe Mini Skirt 100% Cotton Floral Indian Block Print

This Cafe Mini Skirt by Sur La Vague/SLV was handmade in India of 100% cotton and features a lovely floral block print. It has a wide band of elastic smocking/ruching at the waist and is pleated below the waist. It's brand new with its original tag still attached. It's supposed to be a "One Size" mini skirt, but I'd say it's a Small/Medium. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure it's a good fit for you.
