NWT Sugar Lips Cold-Shoulder Dress Size XS Striped

Spaghetti straps and short butterfly sleeves give this dress a halter neckline and cold-shoulder. I can't come up with a name for the primary color in this horizontally striped pattern, but it's like maroon with a hint of orange mixed in that you notice under certain lights. The other stripes are black and cream. This is an oversized, tunic-style dress with a keyhole back, secured by a matching cloth button. It's fully lined and in excellent condition.
