NWT Storia White Floral Lace Hem Midi Skirt

This cotton midi skirt has the most gorgeous floral lace hem. Pair it with the matching top (available in a separate listing) for a gorgeous sunny day outfit. NWT but there is a small, faint circular mark near rhe seam and a few scattered small brown dots (see pics for examples). I haven't tried to get them out, so a good wash with some bleach may do it.
