NWT Stella Jean one shoulder top with ruffled peplum size 6

This is a beautiful new top from Stella Jean. It's a one-shoulder top with a ruffled peplum and colorful embroidered ribbon trim. It says it's a size 42 but there is a belt so it's a bit adjustable and a zipper on the side. It's an Italian size so the fit is a bit tighter. it fits me and I'm a size medium. It's equivalent to a size 6.
