jessies119 @angelbeyonce hello, there is no damage to the bottle. Additional photos added showing the black part inside the lid. The bottom of the bottle is clean, no damage. The grip on the top of the handle shows a few “impressions” in the rubber that were there at time of purchase. I hope this answers your question. Thanks.

jessies119 @angelbeyonce any indents/areas of the black rubber gasket that may appear to be damage are from the manufacturer, and are part of how the gasket was made to properly seal the bottle.
