Made in Vietnam of 70% cotton 28% polyester 2% spandex. With 2% spandex I thought the waist would be stretchy but it’s really isn’t. It’s the leg width and butt that has the stretch. Waist 33”, rise almost 10” and inseam 17”. The capris close with an inside button, 2 hook and eyes and a zipper. I think they have a linen look.
