NWT Smocked Navy Floral Midi Dress

Never worn smocked navy floral dress made of 100% Viscose (except for the elastic in the smocked bodice), a soft lightweight and breathable material. Features 3/4 sleeves and the length goes to the knees (5’7” for reference). Has a tie on the back of the neckline (pictured) which not only is a cute detail but makes it a breeze to put on. Has a cute country cottage vibe to it. I pictured wearing it with brown boots (before I “outgrew” it)
