NWT Size Large Ms. Bella D Green Lace Skirt Pull On New with tags from the brand Ms. Bella D in a size large. This is a lace covered skirt with a lining. It is a pull on style. The color is hard to describe. It is somewhere between a green and a teal. It is a very pretty color. This skirt is new with tags, but there are some fuzzies on it throughout. They are small but are there. I don't think they would be noticeable on. I am guessing something rubbed on it in a store or warehouse setting.
