NWT Dorothy dress from Trish Scully. The Wizard of Oz is a fan favorite perfect for a group Halloween theme! It Just didn’t work for my daughter, and I missed the return window. I feel it runs a bit smaller than a 14. The material does not stretch. Zipper back. The skirt is full. Just needs a good steam!
