Still has store tag attached. Made by SHE'S COOL. Black and Gray Lightweight Maxi dress. Lined. Light padding in bra area. There is a flaw on one of the straps. Elastic Smocking at waist. Women's SIZE 3X. 100% Polyester. Machine Wash/Line Dry. Made in India. CONDITION--One of the straps is missing a plastic piece and is tied to the plastic ring making the straps more difficult to adjust, although it can be untied to re-adjust. MEASURED LAYING FLAT: Top to Bottom--55" Underarm Width-21.5" Smocked Waist--20" ** When checking measurements, get a similar garment from your closet that you are happy with fit and lay flat. When measuring length( as long as not strapless), measure from where the top of the shoulder will lay. All the other measurements should be self- explanatory.
