NWT Shein Tweed Pleated Skirt

Size small. Brand new never worn. I bought it and it didn't fit, it was too big for me, I usually wear XS, I should of known better but oh well. Measurements laying flat: 15" waist but can stretch about another inch or so... 10.5" length Zipper on side, waist has some stretch to it and also has attached shorts underneath. Super cute! My loss is your gain! NEW WITH TAGS!☺️
