NWT Shade & Shore Ruffled Swim Top

Brand new gorgeous teal blue swim top has a flounced, slightly ruffled collar which extends from the breast cup to past the shoulder (see pic4). The second layer of flounced ruffles is on the outside of each strap (see pic3). Sides are ruched. Bra is lightly padded & pads are removable (see pic7). Adjustable back straps have beautiful rose gold hardware; the back closure is also a rose gold hook. This top will catch everyone’s eye from the deep rich color to the overall design! Sz 36C.
