It also has an entire side of hidden eyelets making it easy to put on. It has an adorable peplum and ribbon detail all the way around. This is a wool polyester blend, lined with polyester. This measures 29 inches across when closed and can be adjustable upward 3 inches or so. The boning is supportive, but flexible. This is not meant to be a waist cincher, but it does provide structure and support. This is listed as a size medium, and is meant to fit a waist from 28 to 32 inches.
