NWT Scotch and Soda Girls Blous with eyelet lace collar, keyhole closure on back, adorable for spring. Only flaw is a slight residue transfer mark. It very faint, but I did not want use any product on it. No other flaws observed offers welcomed. Size is based on age so it’s 9/10Y
