@brittamail hi! I am so sorry I missed your first message. The measurements flat are:
Bust: 17”
Waist: 15”
Hip: 18”
Length: 51”
It is unlined and the fabric is slightly sheer. I’ve added a picture so you can compare the tag through the dress. I would recommend skin toned undergarments or adding a slip underneath for extra coverage.
