NWT SZ SM hooded Song Sung by Design Today Blouse/Dress

Up for your consideration is this fabulous blouse by song and sung/Design Today in a size small. This could be worn as a blouse with jeans or leggings, or it's long enough to wear as a dress! It has a pocket on either side but what really makes it unique is it has wire at the collar (inside) and around the hood so you can shape it to wear it up, down, differently. The pictures don't do this item justice at all. It's really unique. Pictures are always intended to be part of the description, please view them.
