miccyp_30 The ad stated St john jacket and skirt nwt . The seller only sent the jacket and not the skirt. They told me they could not find it so just return the jacket. I said I like the jacket and ST john skirts run about 70.00 so reimburse me for that cost. The seller said no return the jacket. I believe this seller is not truthful or ethical. I have decided to keep the jacket, and you can reimburse for skirt. The box I sent was empty tell you this and poshmark can release funds..

I said keep my money as I wanted the jacket and have told you several times even though you did not send the skirt with the jacket which is a violation of not living up to what your ad states. Poshmark suggested you relist, and I need to purchase again. Poshmark is welcome to charge my credit card. I am actually willing to pay where you were willing to not fulfill your part by charging me for a jacket and a skirt and only sending the jacket.

Since you no longer have a skirt I offered minus the skirt price which normslly sells for 70.00 but I could accept 50.00 less than the original price of the 2 items so I will only offer 150.00. It was not mentioned that the skirt was a bonus and you must have felt the two was worth 200.00 as you accepted the original offer. I am trying to be fair with you and repurchasing, so you get your money. Take it or leave it.

I am trying to pay for the jacket minus the amount of the skirt which you misrepresented in your ad and did not send. What you are doing is being unethical and in fact stealing from me when you advertised a nwt jacket and skirt and only sent the jacket. I am trying to do the right thing

miccyp_30 I offered a decedent price due to the fact this unscrupulous seller advertised a Jacket & Skirt. This seller only sent the jacket. I told her I liked the jacket and offered her a reduction in price as she said she could not find the NWT St John skirt. She refused my offer of a 50.00 reduction (which is more than fair) even when she relisted the jacket minus the skirt and she refused. This is not a loophole it is an unreasonable person.
